Hi, I’m Lauren!

I grew up in the suburbs of Philadelphia, but now live in North Texas with my husband Jordan, toddler Kennedy, husky Charlie and a second baby on the way. Thanks for joining me in my corner of the internet!

My Story

My health and fitness journey started in 2014 with wanting to get a "revenge body" after a guy that I met off of Plenty Of Fish dumped me. It felt like such a blow to my ego and my confidence; I was partying too much, was tired all the time and mentally exhausted from all the fad diets I had been trying post college. 


After college, I tried every fad diet possible. Low carb meal plans, frozen meals, calculating points - you name it, I tried it. And each time I'd commit for a couple weeks, not see immediate results, and quit.  I was exhausted and uncomfortable in my body. My clothes didn't fit. I felt hopeless. I was tired of spending money on all these programs that were quick fixes.


My desperation led me to reluctantly ask my younger sister for help. She had been doing these at home workouts and cooking at home and was full of energy and confidence. 


I started small; doing workouts at home a few days a week, cutting out soda and packing my lunch instead of buying out. And eventually all of those little lifestyle changes really started to add up. I promote overall HEALTHY eating {75% of the time} and 30 minutes of activity a day for RESULTS. <--- THAT is what I'm comfortable "selling" because it’s real and how I’ve gotten results.


What I found along the way was SO much more; I was able to find confidence and how to love myself, inside and out.

I have helped over 1,000 clients change their life with health and fitness, I've personally lost 25 pounds and kept it off for 8+ years. But more than that, I’ve gained confidence, knowledge and lifelong friends as a result of changing my health.
