Carbs, wine, cheese, chocolate -- you don't have to get rid of your favorite foods to see results. Proper portion control and moderation will allow you to find a balance between healthy and "treat yo self." Don't know where to start? No quick fix skinny wraps or pills….just portion controlled meals and 30 minutes of at-home exercise a day. If you are ready to develop a long-term, sustainable lifestyle - this challenge is for YOU!
You must be willing to replace one meal a day with Shakeology for the 30 days and follow the challenge nutrition guide. NUTRITION makes up 70% of your results…This is going to ensure you get the results you desire within the 30 day period of the challenge.
You must follow a Beachbody at-home fitness program. I will work with you to pick a program that fits your lifestyle and fitness goals! If you need to purchase a program, be sure to ask me how you can save by ordering your Shakeology and program together.
You must be willing to participate in the group! Accountability is the glue that holds commitment and results together. My private Facebook groups are designed to help you overcome obstacles and make a lifestyle change — this is not a quick fix!
