Spicy Sweet Potato Fries

I'm a carb-lover. I grew up going to fast food restaurants and quite honestly I enjoyed the french fries more than the chicken fingers.

As I've started my healthy journey, I've learned the amazing benefits of sweet potatoes; an awesome source of Vitamins A and C, they are also a good source of potassium.

Here’s a healthier way to enjoy them.
