Ingredients: 4 medjool dates, pitted, coarsely chopped 1 (15-oz.) can black beans, drained, rinsed ¼ cup all-natural almond butter 2 Tbsp. raw honey 2 scoops Chocolate Shakeology 1 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract ¼ tsp. sea salt (or Himalayan salt) Edible gold dust (or gold glitter) (optional)
Preparation: 1. Place dates and black beans in food processor; pulse for 1 minute. 2. Add almond butter, honey, Shakeology, cocoa powder, extract, and salt. Pulse until well blended. 3. Roll into twelve balls, about 1-inch in diameter each. 4. Place in airtight container; refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving. 5. Sprinkle (or paint) balls with gold dust right before serving, if desired.
