Eating healthy is hard. Low carb, Low Fat, organic, micros, macros, fat free.....so much to navigate through.

On top of that, the grocery store is a maze, and meal prepping can be really time consuming, especially if you don't have a set plan in place. I used to spend hours at the grocery story looking at labels, and coming home with a dent in my checking account and no real plan as to what to eat each day.

I struggled with what to buy, how to know what was good for me and what wouldn't break the bank. After a few years of working on my portion control (thanks to the 21 Day Fix), I'm happy to report that I've found a system that works. I portion out my foods by food type, and have staple recipes that I use each week. And I've even lost 25lbs as a result (and kept it off!).
