Food is the most abused anti-anxiety drug in America. I don't know about you, but whenever I was stressed, sad, or happy -- I would to turn to food. And that is how I found myself 25 pounds overweight after college...and in a rut on how to lose it (in a healthy way).
The grocery store is overwhelming...especially with all of the labels of "low fat," "no fat," "organic," "low carb," etc. Reading labels and calculating points or calories can be EXHAUSTING.

At the end of the day it's what you EAT that is going to help you lose weight.

This April I want to focus on cleaning up what you eat with the CLEAN UP YOUR PLATE CHALLENGE. Over the next 30 days, I am going to teach you what to eat, how much to eat and how often to eat to see RESULTS. Note: This is not a quick fix to drop weight, it's a lifestyle change.
