Week 4 Roundup: Bikini Booty Challenge
They say it takes 21 Days to make a habit, and I think that's really true! I've completed 4 weeks of The Masters Hammer & Chisel and I feel like I'm finally in my good routine of meal prepping and working out in my apartment gym 6 days a week.

I'm excited to report that after 1 month of following this program I've lost about 5 inches from my body all around! I don't own a scale, so I'm not sure if I've dropped any weight, but I can tell that my shorts are fitting better than they have in the past few months.

Nutrition this week was definitely a bit off. I meal prepped on Tuesday (since Monday was Memorial Day), had a date on Thursday night (with margaritas) and it was National Donut Day on Friday (enough said).
I wish I had stuck to more of my healthy meals this past week, but it's in the past. I have some leftovers from Week 4 into Week 5.

I attended a few social events in Week 4, which definitely had an impact on my results. My date on Thursday night included $2 margaritas and I attended the White Party Brunch on Saturday in Dallas, which included an endless mimosa bar. I made sure I was healthy leading up to the events, but I'd be lying if I said I felt 100% the days after I had all those drinks.
There are ways to try to keep it healthy when happy hour is on your schedule. Here are my 7 strategies for a healthier happy hour.
Nutrition Plan for Week 5
I have a handful of left overs from last week (I shopped Tuesday last week). I'm going to make it simple (given it's Tuesday right now) and focus on easy lunches to make.
