Back to School, Back to Basics Challenge
Summer is my FAVORITE season by far (warm weather and my birthday, for starters), and it pains me to type this....but Fall is on it's way. However I am excited to get back into a consistent ROUTINE.
If you have kids, school is starting up again - along with the after school activities. If you are single (like me), your travel and weekend schedule are a lot less busy. As the season starts to change and you get into that "Back to School" routine - you may be putting your health at the bottom of your "to do" list - which shouldn't be the case.
