Meet Colleen.
She lost 25 lbs. with 30 minute workouts
On the left: my diet consisted of coffee, bagels and cream cheese, Philly soft pretzels (🤤), 100 calorie packs, diet soda, weekend beers and shots, and my cardio consisted of dancing (badly) at the bar.
On the right: I still enjoy my cocktails on weekends or holidays, but the difference now is that I have BALANCE. I follow an 80/20 lifestyle when it comes to healthy eating; I workout everyday; and veggies are a daily part of my nutrition. It's crazy how just ONE decision can completely change your life when you decide to be a little open minded and try something new.
I joined an online healthy accountability group that snowballed into: losing 25 lbs, finding my self worth and self respect, and ultimately learning my purpose in life.

Meet Kim.
She lost the baby weight...40lbs!
I joined my first challenge group in July 2015. I had no idea what it was or what it meant, but I signed up with some program and some shake with my coach because I was sick and tired of being asked if I was pregnant (I wasn't). I was 1 year post-partum, battling post-partum depression, anxiety, and struggling as a working mom. I didn't know, or honestly, I didn't care about what a challenge group was. I just cared about losing a few pounds and saying "thanks, bye."
Well, I was wrong.
Within the first week, I was totally shocked at the support I was receiving. I was literally plugged into a team of coaches that had experience, answers, and guidance to help me along my journey. If my coach didn't know the answer, she had access to people that did. Although my coach wasn't a mom, and how could she possibly understand what I was going through, this group connected me to women that got me. Like really got me. Understood the struggles and difficulties of post-partum living, struggling with working and momming, and overall life. It was so empowering to connect with women that lifted each other up and encouraged each other to be better versions of themselves. Whenever I wanted to skip a workout, knowing that 50+ women were in that group, kicking ass, I couldn't NOT show up! The culture of the group has always been so positive and motivating, that I felt like I would be letting them and myself down by not participating.
The menus were probably the biggest surprise for me. I have always been the pickiest eater ever. I'm talking chicken fingers, french fries, pizza, frozen entrees, and bagels. I survived off of frozen waffles and breakfast sandwiches. The menus really helped me branch out of my comfort zone and try new things I would never have tried before. I also found myself saving money because we weren't eating out 2-3 nights a week thanks to my meal plans.
To say that saying "yes" to a challenge group that I had no idea about totally changed my life would be a HUGE understatement. Our challenge groups not only changed my life, but quite possibly, saved my life.
Meet Corey.
She learned to control her binge eating.
There used to be a time in my life when I turned to food for EVERYTHING. When I was stressed I would eat. When I was bored I would eat. When I was happy and looking to celebrate I would EAT! Everything seemed to revolve around food. I was constantly thinking about my next meal.
Now I no longer use food as a coping mechanism. I have learned so much about the food in I put in my body and how it effects me every day. Instead of choosing processed foods, I am able to cook up amazing and delicious recipes that are just as satisfying but don't leave me feeling sluggish.
